Grant Application
Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant from the North Canton Medical Foundation. Please read the information provided to assist you in the application process.
Applicants are able to apply for grants twice a year. To submit an application, start by creating a ZoomGrants account. This account will allow you to apply for a grant from NCMF. It will also track your grant and allow you to access previously submitted applications. From here, you will apply online for your grant request, upload the required attachments and submit your application. You also have the option to save your work if you do not complete the application in one session. All materials must be received by NCMF by the deadline. A grant application “in progress” will not be accepted.

This is where you will receive all email correspondences. Please make note of your login ID (email address) and password so that you can access any saved applications and your login page in the future. Once you have logged-in, click on the link to the grant application. You can also watch a short video on “How to Apply.”
Returning Applicants
Enter your login ID (email address) and password in the “Existing ZoomGrants Users” section to begin the application process. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link and an automated email will be sent to your email address.
Grant Process
The first step is to create a ZoomGrants account and complete the pre-application form that explains the purpose of your request. Foundation representatives will review and respond to the request within two weeks. If your pre-application request is approved, you will be asked to submit a full application. Once your completed application is received, the grant request is reviewed by the Grant Committee. You may be contacted for an interview and/or site visit. After all of the grant applications have been reviewed, the Grant Committee will make a recommendation to the North Canton Medical Foundation Board of Directors, which makes the final decision. You will be notified after the Board decision. Grants will be awarded within one month after the grant is approved.
Evaluation Report
NCMF requires evaluation reports for all grants and collects specific data. Failure to submit timely reports will impact the organization’s ability to secure future funding from North Canton Medical Foundation.
